CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At Boars Hill Press, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make the cancellation and refund process as simple as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Once your payment is received, we get to work right away. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If work hasn’t begun, we’ll happily refund you in full.
- If we’ve started on your project, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
- A partial refund will be considered based on the progress of the project.
REVISIONS AND REFUNDS
- Our packages include a set number of revisions. These can be used as needed but cannot be refunded if unused.
- In the rare case that there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make every effort to correct it to your satisfaction.
RUSH ORDERS
- For those needing faster delivery, we offer expedited services at an additional cost. Rush orders are given top priority to ensure deadlines are met.
- We put our best effort into rush orders, and while we’re committed to quality, refunds on expedited fees aren’t available.
REQUESTING A REFUND
- If you believe a refund is necessary, please contact our customer service team with your order ID. We’ll review each request on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve any issues.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Boars Hill Press is not liable for any legal issues related to the accuracy of materials processed through our services.
